 Having impact is about investment living, putting energy into things that will last for all eternity. We teach women to direct their impact at the targets of eternal importance through 3 conferences:

             Walk Worthy - Discovering your Leadership Identity

              Build the Body - Developing your Leadership Influence

              Run to Win - Demonstrating your Leadership Integrity

 The Bible is at the center of each conference.  First, through Ephesians, women learn to  embrace their call to Step it Up for the kingdom of Christ. Then they explore the lives of Joshua and Peter, two of God’s chosen leaders.

Step it Up Leadership Training gives leaders a high impact spiritual workout! They gain strength, learn skills and develop knowledge to help build their spiritual body.
