Most  people   believe   that  leadership  is  a position;  however,  all Christians are called to be leaders -- a royal priesthood.  Women are always being  called  upon  to lead children, youth, programs, as well as other women (Titus 2).   Walk Worthy is designed to help you get to know who you are, and what God created you to do.

 Each Step it Up Conference always starts with Worship through Music.  We then alternate Bible teaching with workshops, prayer, and even skits and dance.  At Step it Up we strive to use a variety of teaching methods to inspire and energize you.

 Every  Step it Up  conference has expository Bible Teaching.   Walk  Worthy’s  teaching  comes  directly from the Book of Ephesians where Paul admonishes us “to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called” (Ephesians 4:1).

 Ideally, Walk Worthy is the best Step it Up conference to begin women leaders on the path to understanding the leaders that God made them to be.
